Change Manager

 Norconsult Telematics is a leading international telecommunications & IT consultancy with operations across Europe, Middle East and Africa, and South East Asia. We offer a broad spectrum of services helping our clients introducing new technology solutions or transforming Legacy operations and technology.

We require a Change Manager to manage the Transformational Change during a Unified Billing Program, the Business Process rework and Requirement Changes of the new Billing implementation program.

Key responsibilities include:
Plan and Execute Program
Monitor and supervise the project and resource plans related to Change Management
Coordinate the weekly Change Management program reports
Train and guide the Change Management Team in ADKAR Change Management methodology
Ensure Changes are Managed, Planned, and Analysed for Risk and Impact
Plan the Change Program and monitor its overall progress including the overall Training program
Ensure there is efficient allocation of resources and skills
Identify gaps and initiate appropriate activities
Develop and manage Change Project plan, for the activities, resources and interdependencies
Identify all project milestones and associated critical path
Monitor and track all task schedules
Ensure consistency with project plans prepared by SI
Identify risks
Ensure effective Communication with all stakeholders
Organize Stakeholder Maps
Write the Communication Strategy and Plan
Organize and facilitate workshops to communicate Changes to the business
Minute the Management meetings related to the Change Program

The candidate must possess:
University Degree
Minimum 10 years experience with large scale Systems implementation projects in the Telco business
Experience in Program Management and Change Management of large scale Billing Programs
Good in writing Presentations, Meeting Minutes and Reports
Excellent communicational skills. Able to discuss both on a senior management level, and on a business level
Experience from ADKAR Change Management and Business Process Reengineering
Experience from the total project life cycle, and all project phases
Experience in the use of Planning tools
Previous relevant experience working within a consulting environment using PMO, QA and QC methodologies and systems
